14-Day Return Policy
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery to notify us that you wish to return the item. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in their original condition

Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible

You must provide proof of purchase
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the entire order is being returned.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours) with photographs so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
We will always work to resolve genuine issues quickly and fairly.
Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
