🇮🇪 Island of Ireland (North & South)

We offer simple, flat-rate delivery across the island of Ireland:

Standard Delivery – €6.95

Delivered in approximately 2–3 working days, depending on your location.

Express Delivery – €8.95

Next working day delivery in most areas. Please allow an additional day for very rural locations.

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive text or email delivery updates from An Post.

You can manage your delivery using An Post’s 24/7 Delivery Manager, which allows you to:

  • Redirect to a safe place

  • Deliver to a neighbour

  • Choose a local collection point

  • Change to an alternative address

This flexibility is especially helpful if plans change. We know that sometimes situations can alter unexpectedly, and we do our best to make delivery one less thing to worry about.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom

All UK orders are shipped using tracked express services.

Shipping rates are calculated by weight and destination and are displayed clearly at checkout.

Delivery timeframes may vary slightly depending on location but An Post guidelines for the UK are approx. 3 - 5 working days

🇪🇺 Europe

All European orders are sent using tracked express services to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination and will be shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery timeframes vary by country but An Post guidelines for Europe are approx. 3 - 7 working days

🌍 Worldwide

For destinations outside Europe, we use tracked services.

🌍 Customs & Duties

For orders shipped outside the EU, any customs charges, import duties, or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

📌 Important Delivery Information

Working Days

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends, bank holidays and Good Friday.

Delivery Timeframes

While we provide estimated delivery times, please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

  • Weather conditions

  • High seasonal demand

  • Operational delays within the destination country’s postal network

We always aim to dispatch orders promptly and provide tracking information where available so you can monitor your parcel’s progress.

Undelivered or Delayed Mail

If a parcel cannot be delivered, local postal services may hold the item for a limited period before returning it to us.

For international deliveries, undelivered items may be held for up to 16 working days, depending on the destination country.

If your standard international delivery has not arrived within 15 working days, we recommend contacting your local postal service first with your tracking number.

You are also very welcome to contact us, and we will assist in tracking your parcel.

Damages & Replacements

We take great care in packaging your order, but occasionally accidents can happen in transit.

If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) and include photographs of the item and packaging.

We’ll review the issue promptly and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution in line with our Refund & Returns Policy.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Personal care items (such as beauty or wellness products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
